Engagement Phases
Initial Outreach
Marina books the call.
Marina is the first person you hear from. She runs outreach, manages cold partnerships and LinkedIn sequences, and converts initial contact into a booked discovery call. Once that call is on the calendar, she hands it to Mark.
Sales Process
Mark owns the process from first call to launch.
From the moment the discovery call is booked, Mark runs point. He handles the founder deep dive, uncovers where the GTM system is breaking, builds the engagement plan, and carries the relationship through to transformation launch. The sales process does not pass through committees. It goes through Mark.
Transformation
Mark and Tom run the engagement together.
At transformation launch, Mark stays in the room and Tom steps in as Engagement Manager. Tom manages the full client engagement end-to-end: employee discovery, client-facing sessions, timelines, and accountability. Mark remains on every call throughout.
Mark is on every call. He never exits the engagement.
Execution
The team builds and runs the system.
Nicole translates the GTM plan into a working system: tech stack, CRM, web build-out, and data infrastructure. Piper handles marketing execution and content. Lejs runs outbound at scale, 30,000+ targeted emails per month across segmented lists.
Post-Graduation
Mark stays in your corner.
After you graduate the engagement, Mark is available for fractional consulting. If you are launching a new product, pivoting your service model, or need a new GTM plan for the next phase of growth, he is the call you make.
