The systems builder behind eight-figure revenue.
Her operating philosophy: done beats planned, transparency beats politeness, and if a founder won’t let you record the call, that’s a red flag.

She Spent 20 Years Building Companies. Then She Went All In.
From the mortgage industry to go-to-market, Nicole Gordon always built the system behind the system.
Nicole Gordon co-founded IGTMS, Integrated AI, and HOWL from Charleston, South Carolina. For 20 years she built companies inside the mortgage industry alongside her husband and business partner Mark. When Mark launched IGTMS, she gave it a few months to see if it had legs. It did. In late 2025 she exited mortgage entirely and went all in.
IGTMS is not a consulting firm and not an agency. It runs four-month go-to-market transformations for B2B founders and CEOs at companies between $2M and $50M in revenue. The engagement changes how a company grows: the messaging, the outreach, the sales process, the strategy. And it stays inside the organization long after the engagement ends.
The founders who come to IGTMS have real businesses. They have grown. At some point the growth either stopped, slowed, or stopped making sense. They hired agencies. The agencies ran plays. Nobody owned the strategy. Nicole and her team fix that.
The core belief: you cannot be a differentiated company in 2026 and outsource the thinking behind how you grow. Distribution is the moat. Any competitor can copy your product or service. They cannot copy a founder who knows exactly who they’re talking to, what problem they solve, and how to get in front of the right person at the right time. IGTMS builds that. Inside your company. For keeps.
The execution arm is HOWL, Nicole’s outreach and SEO company that works directly alongside most IGTMS clients. When IGTMS builds the strategy, HOWL runs the plays. She also co-founded Integrated AI with Brad Weber, building the tools and systems her team and clients run on. She has no formal technical background. She learned by losing 50 hours to late-night build sessions and shipping anyway. She calls it vibe coding.
Outside the companies, Nicole serves on the board of CF Bites, a Charleston nonprofit, and is an active member of Founders Club. She and Mark have been married and business partners for over 20 years. They have three daughters and live in Charleston.
Where She Focuses
Core Disciplines
- 01Systems DesignEvery revenue goal needs an operational backbone. Nicole designs the processes, workflows, and architecture that turn strategy into something a team can actually run day after day.
- 02Revenue OperationsCRM architecture, pipeline hygiene, forecasting frameworks. Nicole builds the RevOps layer that makes sales motion produce numbers you can trust, repeat, and grow from.
- 03GTM ImplementationStrategy without execution is a document. Nicole closes the gap between what leadership decides and what the team ships, including ICP, messaging, outbound, and CRM.
- 04Team EnablementSystems only hold if the team uses them. Nicole builds the training, documentation, and accountability structures that make adoption stick past the first month.
Strategy is the vision. Systems are the work. Most people stop at the vision.
